Testing Capabilities
OBC testing: Use a high-voltage AC power supply to simulate the input of an AC charging pile; Employ a high-low temperature and humidity cyclic test chamber to simulate the working environment of the on-board OBC; Utilize a high-voltage DC electronic load to simulate the load of the power battery.
OBC inverter testing: Use a high-voltage DC power supply to simulate the input of the power battery; Use an RLC load to simulate the external 220V/380V electrical equipment.
DCDC testing: Use a high-voltage DC power supply to simulate the input of the power battery, and use a low-voltage DC electronic load to simulate the low-voltage electrical equipment of the entire vehicle.
The system is equipped with an industrial control computer and system detection software to achieve functions such as control of detection equipment, data collection and analysis, and report export, meeting the requirements of data monitoring and information management
